COLLABORATION - TERMS & CONDITIONS

By working with Amrusha Jain, you agree to follow the terms below. These are legally binding and non-negotiable. ​

Intellectual Property Belongs to Amrusha Jain   

  • All designs, photos, drawings, renders, and videos created or shared under this collaboration are the sole intellectual property of Amrusha Jain.

  • No use - personal or professional - is allowed without written permission.

  • This includes work-in-progress content and rejected designs.

Professional Conduct is Non-Negotiable   

  • If a collaborator exits mid-project or causes delays, Amrusha Jain is not liable for time or cost overruns.

  • In case of accidents, damage, death, or injury on-site, Amrusha Jain bears no responsibility.

  • Collaborators must have their own insurance where applicable.

Liability & Responsibility Limits

   •    In the unfortunate case of an accident, injury, illness, mental health issue, or death during working hours, site visits, or work travel, Amrusha Jain will not be held legally or financially responsible.
   •    All team members are expected to take personal safety precautions and behave professionally at all times.
   •    You are responsible for your own conduct, health, and behaviour at work and on-site.

Transparency, Acknowledgment & Ownership

  • Non-Compete - Collaborators may not take on directly competing projects during or within 6 months of this collaboration without permission.

  • No Hidden Outsourcing - All freelancers, vendors, or third parties involved in the work must be disclosed in advance. Unauthorized outsourcing is not allowed.

  • NDA Requirement - An NDA will be signed before accessing client or project information. Breach = legal action.

  • Termination Clause - Amrusha Jain may terminate the collaboration at any time due to unprofessionalism, trust issues, delays, or breaches, without financial penalty.

  • Client Disclosure Required - You must inform the client that Amrusha Jain is part of the project team. Hiding or omitting this is grounds for termination.

Client Privacy & Media Use Are Strictly Controlled ​​

  • No sharing, posting, or publishing of project photos/videos without explicit written approval.

  • Behind-the-scenes or on-site photos are not allowed without client consent.

  • No tagging or geolocation of client spaces on social media.

Work Hours & Communication Boundaries     

  • Working hours are strictly 12 PM to 6 PM, Monday to Saturday.

  • No calls, texts, or emails outside these hours unless pre-approved.

  • Respect digital boundaries - late-night or weekend outreach will not be tolerated

Legal Protection & Dispute Resolution   

  • All disputes will be resolved through arbitration under Indian Arbitration Law via CSAPR (or equivalent body).

  • No legal action may be taken unless arbitration fails.

  • Any party initiating unjust legal threats or actions will be responsible for all legal, travel, and hospitality expenses incurred by Amrusha Jain.

  • If a client initiates a legal case due to the collaborator’s actions, the collaborator is solely responsible — Amrusha Jain holds no liability and must be indemnified in writing.
